Funny sounding but so good!

This recipe is ridiculously easy to make and SO good. It's cinnamon-y sweet and perfect to make for an occasion, or just to make for fun! So treat yourself to this deliciousness. I promise you won't regret it :].

Monkey Bread

4 pkg. Hungary Jack Biscuits (or Pillsbury or any other biscuit distributer), cut up in quarters
2 cup sugar
2 tbls. cinnamon
3/4 cup butter/margarine

1. Mix cinnamon and 1 cup of sugar together in a plastic bag (ziploc - the larger ones).

2. Toss in the cut up biscuits in a bag until coated. When fully coated toss into ungreased bundt pan.

3. Next melt the other cup of sugar and butter/marg. in a pot, then pour over biscuits in bundt.

4. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. When done turn upside down on plate and serve hot.

SOOOO good. You may have heard of this one before also, but it's the perfect treat to spoil yourself (and others if you want but I don't share) with after a long stressful week :].

  1. I love Monkey Bread. I can never make it right though; I always have to find the recipe off the internet, and I can never find the right one, so I generally wind up using too many packages of cinnamon rolls or too much syrup and it either comes out all doughy and undercooked or soggy and overflowing with glaze.
